Totally prohibated for sending

All goods to be declared by shipper before booking take place, all kind of flammable items like body’s spray, air freshener, perfume, weapons and kind of sharpe items like knifes totally prohibited for sending and any explosives and if any shipment contains counterfeit goods, animals, bullion, currency, weapons, gem stones then talso totally prohibited to send. Volumetic weight calculation

If the parcel weight smaller than the standard weight then volumetric weight calculation must be performed on each parcel before booking take into place &  weight limit shouldn't be crossed 30KGs for each parcel.  Please follow the below guideline to calculate the volumetric weight  which is also known as  ‘’ dimensional weight‘’ of a shipment.

Damage And Lost

Lost & Damage:

Before sending all parcel should be packed properly by shipper, if the parcel is damaged for lack of proper packing then the shipper will be responsible for those damages and if the parcel lost then NEC Cargo will be responsible and will arrange the compensating accordance with terms and conditions.

Insuarance Policy

Insurance

NEC Cargo handles the all  customer's shipments with enough care throughout the delivery process.Although it is very rare, unfortunately accidents can sometimes happen in that setuation insuarance will provide the financial protection of your shimpment.

For your kind information it can be said that NEC Cargo's liability is limited in accordance with its terms and conditions. NEC Cargo's liability is based on the weight of  your shipment which may be considerably lower than actual cost of goods in that setuation customer may take insurance.   • Indian custom required KYC identification of sender or receiver like Aadhar card/ Pan card or passport.
  • Sender or customer isn't allow to any parcel or shipment for commercial purpose.
  • Custom duty isn't included so, if come any custom duty on sending goods or shipment then reciever will be charged to pay before the delivery taking place.
  • 12-15 working days are required to delivery in the major metropolitin cities and could be taken more 1 to 4 days for remote areas.
